Available as a three- or five-night stay, the programme combines personalised wellness and nutrition guidance, gentle movement, restorative therapies and nourishing cuisine to support recovery across body, mind and spirit. A personalised journey of recovery and renewal
Every retreat opens with a series of consultations and assessments: a Postpartum Wellness Consultation, a Nutrition Consultation, a Mini Traditional Arabic and Islamic Medicine (TAIM) Consultation and a Physical and Postural Assessment. These inform a tailored programme of treatments and activities built around each mother’s individual needs and post-natal goals.
The three-night retreat includes two postpartum therapeutic physiotherapy sessions, two relaxing therapies, a rejuvenating facial, a holistic therapy, a pampering treatment, a mindfulness session and a movement session.
For mothers seeking a longer restorative stay, the five-night programme builds on these inclusions with additional therapeutic, relaxation and pampering sessions, allowing more time for personalised care, rest and renewal.
From private arrival and in-suite check-in to a welcoming TAIM tea ritual and a complimentary daily gentle TAIM foot ritual before bed, each detail is designed to encourage comfort and relaxation. Guests also enjoy three wellness cuisine meals per night of stay, use of the wellness minibar, access to the dedicated wellness centre facilities within Zulal Serenity or Zulal Discovery, and an optional skin facial analysis. Daily laundry service for three items of mothers’ clothing and five items of baby clothing offers added convenience.
Continued care with Sidra Medicine
Complementing the wellness experience, mothers can choose to receive onsite clinical care through Sidra Medicine’s postpartum clinical visit programme while staying at Zulal Wellness Resort.
Led by experienced midwives, the programme provides routine postnatal care, education and reassurance, covering maternal recovery, breastfeeding, newborn care and emotional wellbeing. It also supports the early identification of concerns during the first weeks after birth.
